TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager
I am looking for an experienced TikTok affiliate manager who will execute the following tasks [ONLY apply if you have in-depth experience with TikTok Shop]:
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to lead our brand's expansion on the TikTok Shop platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale influencer campaigns and a deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
High-Volume Outreach:
Send 500-2,000+ new messages and/or invites daily to potential collaborators, including targeted creators and agencies.
Manage and scale our creator community month-over-month.
Product Seeding and Content Generation:
Coordinate product seeding to qualified creators in exchange for content.
Aim to seed at least 500 units in the first 3 months to test viability as a sales channel.
Note: Top brands in the space are seeding 1,000+ units per week.
Creator Relationship Management:
Implement a structured approach to creator touchpoints, including initial outreach, sample approval, content reminders, and post-campaign engagement.
Re-engage top performers for new collaborations and multiple posts per unit seeded.
Content Strategy and Quality Control:
Create and distribute content guidelines to creators during the onboarding process.
Identify top creators for more detailed guidelines and higher-quality content production.
Performance Tracking and Optimization:
Collect ad codes for published content to enable content boosting.
Set up and manage flash sales and promotions on the TikTok Shop platform.
Requirements:
Extensive experience with TikTok Shop and influencer marketing.
Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm and content trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage high-volume outreach and maintain detailed records.
Experience in creating content guidelines and managing creative direction.
Familiarity with TikTok's Creator Marketplace and ranking systems.
What to Expect:
This role involves managing a high volume of creator relationships and content.
Initial approval parameters will be loose to generate a large amount of content.
As we gain traction, we expect to rank higher in the creator portal, attracting larger creators.
The scope of work will continually scale as our creator community grows.
