**Experience**: At least 2-3+ years task management, SOP or Automation building

### We’re on the hunt for Talent!

- Better then Fluent English. Your going to be the hands on link for creators and the company. Your a negotiating and smiling at the same time. Become the friend of a creator and make them want to work with you. Organizing and building long term relationships
- You're overly super-organized.
- You’re proactive. Not waiting for instructions your providing solutions beforehand.
- You’re fluent in English and are confident communicating on calls, at times you may need to join video calls and speak directly with creators.
- You have the skillset already to accomplish, sales experience is a plus.
- You are able to take feedback and use your initiative to manage revisions
- You use notion to plan your life. Excel to track data and organize events. In your free time you mind map, okay not really but that’s the kind of person needed to succeed.
- ***Bonus: You've mastered notion or excel and understand social media/online ads***

### What you’ll be doing!

- Oversee our creator database, aiming to expand it consistently. Discover new creators, reach out to them, add them to our database, and handle all creator communication. Negotiate rates and understand whose a bad creator and great creator
- Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and ensure consistency in creator database management, outreach, and communication.
- Update contracts and review creator content to confirm alignment with provided briefs.
- Creating decision trees to guide the team in navigating various scenarios related to creator engagement, contract negotiation, and content alignment.
- Welcome creators to our company through messages and video calls, educating them on our filming best practices.
- Tracking and analyzing results from creator outreach efforts, using Excel experience to generate insightful reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Establishing and fostering a vibrant Creator Community, leveraging your management experience to facilitate the sharing of valuable resources, brand opportunities, and knowledge among creators for mutual benefit and growth.
