This is for call centre super stars who have excellent phone abilities, spoken English, great communication skills and admin abilities.

I need diallers to call leads who have already responded to our advertising. This is NOT A COLD CALLING POSITION.

These leads are requiring our legal assistance with insurance claims. We need to triage them, find out whether they qualify and then process them into our practice management software for the lawyers in our team.

You must have meticulous attention to details and be very rigorous in your follow up.

You will be able to demonstrate this effectively wth previous positions and your references.
