Job Responsibilities:
Perform live broadcasts full-time on TikTok, primarily focusing on dance performances and showcasing various popular dance styles.

Engage with viewers in real-time, including answering questions and responding to gifts.

Actively send private messages to fans and build relationships through casual chats.

Participate in company-arranged dance and fitness training sessions weekly.

Adjust work hours weekly to accommodate live broadcasts in different time zones.

Requirements:
Gender and Age: Female, aged 18-35, with a well-proportioned figure and a slim waist.

Dance Skills: Proficient in various popular dance styles with the ability to quickly learn new dance moves.

Camera Presence: Confident and natural, able to attract and retain viewers' attention.
Social Media Skills: Capable of posting and promoting content on TikTok, familiar with the platform’s trends and algorithms.

Basic English Communication: Able to communicate and interact in basic English.

Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations such as using browsers, typing, and file management.

Salary and Benefits:
Probation Period: 35,000 PHP (?620 USD) + 10% personal live broadcast revenue commission. One-month probation; confirmation upon passing evaluation.

Post-Probation: 48,000 PHP (?850 USD) + 15% personal revenue commission.

Working Hours:
