Real Estate Salesperson (Part-Time)

We are looking for someone who has the X factor when it comes to telemarketing/ cold calling for our growing real estate company. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls to residents in our target areas in Queensland in order to create motivated seller and cash/traditional buyer leads. We need someone who isn't afraid of rejection and doesn't mind cold calling.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

1. Preferably someone with real estate background and have a Neutral / British / NZ / Aussie Accent.
2. High speed internet
3. Quality Headset
4. Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
5. Willing to start part-time; must be able to work from 4pm to 8pm Brisbane time
6. Have the ability to convert a verbal rejection into a positive verbal acceptance.;you need to be great over the phone, creating rapport!
