Amazon FBA Catalog / Brand Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon FBA Catalog / Brand Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for enhancing the Amazon presence of our clients through meticulous catalog management, SEO optimization, and effective communication with Amazon Seller Support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Amazon catalogs, flat file operations, and strong communications skills for managing client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Amazon Catalog Updates: Regularly update and maintain product listings on Amazon to ensure accuracy and relevance.
-Flat File Experience: Utilize flat file templates for bulk product uploads and updates.
-Imagery Uploading: Manage the uploading of product images, ensuring they meet Amazon’s guidelines.
-SEO Optimizations: Implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility, including optimizing copy, titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
-Copywriting: Craft compelling and accurate product titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
-Case Management / Seller Support Communications: Handle communications with Amazon Seller Support to resolve any issues related to product listings.
-Client communications: Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients to keep them informed of catalog updates, strategies, and issue resolutions.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in Amazon catalog management.
-Previous agency experience managing multiple brands / client account
-Proficiency in flat file operations and bulk uploads.
-Strong understanding of Amazon SEO practices.
-Excellent copywriting skills for product listings.
-Experience in managing and resolving cases through Amazon Seller Support.
-Must be proficient in both spoken and written English.
