About Us:
At Maki Media, we're dedicated to helping businesses elevate their lead generation and outreach efforts to become the 1%. We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team, who can help us scale our lead generation efforts and outreach campaigns.

Main Key Responsibility:

Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential B2B leads within specific industries.
Utilize various tools and platforms to gather a significant amount of qualified leads weekly.
Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads with accurate contact information.

Added points If you have got experience in:

Email Outreach:
Craft and send personalized email outreach campaigns to potential leads.
Monitor and respond to replies, forwarding hot leads to the sales team.
Track and report the effectiveness of email campaigns.

Direct Messaging (DM) Outreach:
Identify and engage with potential leads through social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram).
Send tailored D ---------- ssages to engage with new leads and nurture existing ones.
Manage and organize conversations to ensure timely follow-ups.
Reporting & Analysis:

Provide weekly reports on lead generation numbers and outreach performance.
Suggest and implement improvements to enhance lead generation and outreach effectiveness.
Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:
Your own 64-bit computer
Speak fluent english
Must self-motivated and result driven. You will have the chance to be promoted to a full-time position based off how you perform as we scale as an agency.

Willingness to always learn and be self motivated and disciplined
Proven experience in B2B lead generation and outreach, preferably in a remote or virtual assistant capacity.
Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ---------- , ZoomInfo, ---------- ).
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft personalized and engaging outreach messages.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and email marketing tools is a plus.
