Google Ads Expert - Full-Time (E-commerce)

Job Overview:
We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding e-commerce startup with two active stores in Germany, and we're on the lookout for an experienced Google Ads Expert to join our team full-time. We plan to launch 10 more stores, and we need a dedicated professional to manage, optimize, and scale our Google Ads campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who has a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, particularly within the women's beauty niche.

Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Campaign Setup & Management:

- Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns for up to 10 stores.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to meet and exceed ROAS targets.
- Analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Shopify & Merchant Center Management:
- Set up and manage Google Merchant Center for each store.
- Ensure smooth integration and operation between Shopify and Google Ads.

Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and submit daily performance reports for each store via Google Sheets.
- Provide actionable insights to improve overall ad performance.

Team Leadership:

- Act as the Head of the Google Department within the company.
- Potential to manage a Google Media Buying team in the future.

Must-Have Skills:

Google Ads Expertise:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Google Ads, specifically for e-commerce.
- Proven track record of managing high-ROAS campaigns, ideally within the women's beauty niche.
- Experience with Google Ads in the European market, particularly Germany.

Shopify Proficiency:
-Strong experience with Shopify, including setting up and managing the Google Merchant Center.

Analytical Skills:
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $500/month

Performance Bonuses:
- $150 bonus for each store with a ROAS of 3+
- $350 bonus for each store with a ROAS of 4+
- $550 bonus for each store with a ROAS of 5+
With performance bonuses, the monthly salary can exceed realistically between $1,000 - 3'500
