We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Writer to join our team, with the added responsibility of overseeing and developing a small team of writers.

Position Overview:
As a Senior Writer at Results and Co, you will be responsible for writing and overseeing the creation of various content types, including sales pages, email sequences, and website copy. You will also lead and mentor a small team of writers, ensuring the quality and consistency of their work. This role offers the opportunity to use AI tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of content production.

Key Responsibilities:

Write compelling and conversion-focused sales pages, email sequences, and website copy.
Oversee and manage a team of writers, providing guidance, training, and development.
Ensure all written content aligns with the StoryBrand and ClickFunnels frameworks.
Utilize AI tools to improve the speed and quality of content creation.
Review and edit the work of tea ---------- mbers to maintain high standards of quality.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure messaging is consistent and effective across all channels.
Continuously develop the skills of your team through regular training and feedback.
Qualifications:

Fluent in English with exceptional writing and editing skills.
Proven experience in writing sales pages, email sequences, and website copy that converts.
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of writers.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
Willingness to learn and apply the StoryBrand and ClickFunnels writing frameworks.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
