Key Responsibilities:

Build Customer Chat Automation:

Develop and implement automated responses to common customer queries via WhatsApp Business.
Provide 24/7 customer support for appointment scheduling, service inquiries, and general information.
Personalise interactions based on customer history and preferences.

Operational Automations:

Streamline job bookings and confirmations for simple hourly or daily jobs.
Set up additional automated follow-ups and reminders for upcoming appointments.

Sales and Marketing Enhancements:

Increase lead generation through conversational AI.
Generate tailored marketing messages and campaigns.
Automate email and SMS marketing efforts.
Analyse customer interactions for better targeting and engagement.


Qualifications:

Extensive experience with ChatGPT integrations, be able to use ServiceM8 API.
Please provide specific examples of your work.

Proficiency in developing AI-driven customer service solutions, specifically using WhatsApp Business API.
