Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Responsibilities:
Creative Sourcing & Editing:
Scroll through Kalo data and TikTok to find viral creatives in designated niches.
Create three variations of these creatives using CapCut, incorporating text hooks and offers (e.g., buy one, get one free, 60% off).
Make minor edits as needed to align with our branding and promotional strategies.
Ad Management:
Upload and manage ad creatives in the
Launch, duplicate, and create campaigns, ad sets, and ads.
Write compelling ad copy and utilize ChatGPT to generate additional ad copy variations.
Implement DCT (Dynamic Creative Testing) and flexible strategies to optimize ad performance.
Campaign Execution:
Consistently launch DCT testing campaigns with Triple Whale UTM codes based on provided frameworks.
Monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure optimal performance and return on ad spend.
Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date with the latest
Be willing to learn and adapt to new strategies and tools provided through our training course.
Requirements:
1-2+ years of proven experience in managing
Demonstrated experience in spending a minimum of $30,
Proficiency in using
Strong understanding of launching, duplicating, and optimizing ad campaigns.
Ability to write effective ad copy and use AI tools like ChatGPT for copy generation.
Knowledge of DCT and flexible ad strategies.
Ability to find and edit viral creatives efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow structured frameworks.
