About Us:
We are a rapidly growing clothing company with a strong direct-to-consumer (DTC) presence. We are looking for a highly skilled TikTok Media Buyer to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our digital marketing efforts and requires someone with advanced Excel skills, particularly in using pivot tables to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. If hired you will receive a $500 starting bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns with a focus on driving sales and brand awareness for our clothing line.
• Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, to analyze campaign data and performance metrics, determining when to scale or pull back campaigns based on ROI and other key indicators.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that align with our DTC goals, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage ad spend to maximize efficiency and ROI, adjusting budgets as necessary based on performance analysis.
• Creative Optimization: Work closely with the creative team to test and optimize ad creatives, ensuring content resonates with our target audience.
• Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep our campaigns competitive and effective.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Media Buyer, with a strong focus on TikTok and DTC marketing.
• Excel Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate pivot tables, perform data analysis, and generate actionable insights.
• DTC Experience: Proven experience in managing and optimizing campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
