Part-Time Customer Service Assistant (Non Voice)

We are a thriving Dropshipping store catering to the German market. Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer service and seamless shopping experiences. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our team and support our growth.

We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Agent with at least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce, and a strong background with Shopify. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, excel at handling customer inquiries and issues through email, using tools like ChatGPT and DeepL for accurate and effective communication in German, Swedish, Dutch, French, and Italian. While fluency in this Languages is not required, proficiency with translation tools is very essential.

The role involves assisting our customer service team by responding to customer inquiries and issues via email, managing orders, and ensuring accurate communication in German, Swedish, Dutch, French, and Italian using translation tools. The candidate will also handle order management tasks, process refunds and returns through Shopify.

Work Schedule: Initially work 1-2 hours per day, with the potential for increased hours

Must-Have Skills:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer support, with at least 2 years handling Shopify transactions.
Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and experience with ChatGPT and DeepL

Communication:
Excellent written communication skills.
Independence: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and bring new, progressive ideas to the company.
