Job Description:
We are a passionate and growing company seeking enthusiastic Cold Callers to join our team. Our mission is to connect with prospective clients and help them discover the benefits of our services. If you have a passion for communication and a talent for persuasion, we want to hear from you!

Work Schedule and Compensation:

• Work Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (US Eastern Time), Monday to Friday.
• Starting Pay: $5 USD per hour, paid weekly.
• Evaluations for Pay Raises: At 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. Then quarterly thereafter.
• Additional Benefits:
- Flexible scheduling when necessary (up to 2 hours/day).
- Paid US holidays off plus 6 weeks of PTO

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our offerings.
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients through effective communication.
• Gather essential data and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Provide valuable feedback on collected data to enhance our outreach strategies.
• Manage and organize client files to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Utilize Podio (CRM) for data management and tracking client interactions.
• Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers and utilize Google Drive for file management and document sharing.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills, including clear and articulate English.
• Persuasive and confident phone presence that resonates with potential clients.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to create lasting connections.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet set targets.
• Previous experience in cold calling is required.
• Experience in real estate is a plus, but not a requirement.
