We are looking for people that would be EXCITED to do the following:
Meet or Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve team sales contribution margin quotas and growth targets.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute 3-year, 1-year, and quarterly plans with a clear, long-term vision for continuous growth substantiated with data and insights.
Recruitment and Development: Maintain a disciplined recruiting system to identify, interview, onboard, develop, and retain a team of A-players, building a virtual bench of ready candidates.
Structured Meetings: Facilitate weekly and monthly sales meetings to promote accountability, problem-solving, and coaching.
Inspire and Guide: Lead by example, inspire the team to achieve their goals, and demonstrate your sales skills by closing strategic deals to refine processes and understand clients.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Improve and enforce SOPs to ensure the team operates consistently at the highest level.
Client Engagement: Join and listen to client calls,
Support and Negotiation: Assist in selling to strategic accounts, support negotiations, and help the team achieve their objectives.
Sales Process Tools: Ensure scripts, templates, tools, guides, and cheat sheets are provided for each stage of the sales process.
Activity Levels and Ratios: Drive the team and yourself to maintain high activity levels and achieve necessary ratios and Masters the KPIs and CRM to manage, analyze, and leverage the CRM data and features to make our team superhuman.
Accountability: Ensure adherence to SOPs, company goals, and personal objectives.
Core Values: Act out and recognize our core values in daily activities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Professional Development: Encourage the team to constantly improve by reading and studying to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Unified Customer Understanding: Maintain a unified understanding of our ideal customer through sales and marketing functions, unique selling propositions, and core messaging, enhancing the effectiveness of sales efforts and organizational coherence.
Bonus skills/experience:
Bonus points if you have Industrail sales, Explosion Proof or Intrinsically Safe equipment experience
Bonus points if you have experience working for a technology or in e-commerce, inside sales and a distributed global team using the latest in sales technology.
