Transaction Specialist - Real Estate

**Previous experience managing/coordinating real estate transaction is a plus.

Role Overview:
The Transaction Manager is responsible for making sure that we are closing on our purchase and sale transactions quickly and ensuring that the properties we are buying meet the quality standards we expect.

Key Responsibilities:

*Submit new deals to title companies on the buy and sell side
*Keep in contact with the title companies to make sure those deals are on track
*Keep in contact with buyers and sellers to resolve problems that title finds
*Review title commitments to make sure there are no problems
*Review property description to ensure it matches our expectations
*Make sure that each property gets funding and value verification by notifying internal tea ---------- mbers
*Perform additional tasks as needed outside of transaction management.

Requirements:

*Excellent English communication skills
*Comfortable making calls and sometimes handling difficult conversations
*Good internet connection capable of handling calls and video meetings
*A reliable computer for using mapping software and other necessary tools

Work Hours:

*Full-time position (40 hours per week)
*US daytime hours (typically 8 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time, with some flexibility)
