Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and support tickets.
Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues.
Document solutions and create guides for common issues.
Collaborate with the development team for complex issues.
Ensure timely and professional communication with clients.
