What You’ll Do

Marketing (80%)
• Assist in setting up and managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop strategies to generate leads and increase revenue.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote the Pilates business.

Admin (20%)
• Manage the company’s CRM and lead database.
• Handle invoicing using Xero.
• Assist with other admin tasks as needed, including the use of Glofox (preferably but not mandatory).

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of setting up Meta and Google Ads (expert-level not required).
• Experience with CRM management and invoicing platforms like Xero.
• Familiarity with Glofox is a plus but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
