Paid Growth Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Paid Growth Assistant to support our advertising operations across Meta, TikTok and Google. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about paid advertising, eager to learn, and ready to dive into the fast-paced world of ad operations.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data, including metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROI. Prepare reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives, ensuring they align with campaign goals and platform guidelines.
- Implement and manage A/B tests to optimize ad performance and user engagement. Analyze results and make recommendations for improvements.
- Identify and resolve issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and reporting. Work with platform support teams as needed to address technical problems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in digital advertising and apply this knowledge to optimize campaign strategies.
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to ad operations, including budget tracking, invoicing, and campaign documentation.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in a media buying role.
- Proficiency in Meta, Google, and TikTok paid advertising channels.
- Knowledge in analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work during US work hours (PT/ ET).
