Virtual Assistant for Internet Marketing

I am in search of a virtual assistant that is skilled in internet marketing(biz op, cpa,email marketing, affiliate marketing....etc) web research, forum & social media posting. Experience in creating IM sales and affiliate funnels also a plus. Candidate must be fluent in speaking and writing in English as well as have skype for initial and ongoing communications...Details of how I want to strategically proceed will be discussed in interview
