Job Description: Are you a dynamic booking agent with a flair for booking high-impact events and crafting compelling presentations? Do you excel in copywriting and building a strong online presence? If so, we want you to join our team as a Booking Agent!

Work Schedule and Compensation:

• Work Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM (US Eastern Time), Monday to Friday.
• Starting Pay: $7 USD per hour, paid weekly.
• Evaluations for Pay Raises: At 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. Then quarterly thereafter.
• Additional Benefits:
- Flexible scheduling when necessary (up to 2 hours/day).
- Paid US holidays off plus 6 weeks of PTO

Key Responsibilities:
• Weekly Tea ---------- etings.
• Find and book podcast appearances and speaking engagements for Co-Owners.
• Create amazing slide decks with a TedX-style quality.
• Assist with copywriting tasks.
• Enhance Co-Owners online presence and uncover opportunities via LinkedIn.
• Follow a strategic plan to help our Co-Owners become a 10x Speaker.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in copywriting.
• Expertise in creating impactful slide decks (must provide examples).
• Demonstrated success in booking events, podcasts, and stages (samples and references required).
• Proficient in leveraging social media, particularly LinkedIn.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective scheduling skills.
• Knowledge of the podcast and speaking industry.
• Creative, honest, and dedicated.
• Proactive and takes initiative.
