**Position Overview:**

As our SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy that enhances our online visibility, drives organic traffic, and supports our business goals. You will work on all aspects of SEO, from technical optimization to content strategy and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Keyword Research:**
- Conduct in-depth research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases.
- Analyze keyword competitiveness, search volume, and user intent.

2. **On-Page SEO:**
- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and URL structures.
- Implement and manage internal linking strategies.
- Optimize images for search and speed.

3. **Technical SEO:**
- Enhance site speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Manage and optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical issues.

4. **Content Strategy and Blogging:**
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals.
- Create and manage a consistent blogging schedule, focusing on SEO-friendly content.
- Regularly update and refresh old content to maintain relevance.

5. **Off-Page SEO:**
- Build and manage a high-quality backlink profile.
- Drive social signals through strategic content sharing.
- Engage in guest blogging to increase brand exposure and acquire backlinks.

6. **Local SEO:**
- Optimize Google My Business profile for local search.
- Ensure consistent NAP information across local directories and review sites.
- Target location-specific keywords to attract local traffic.

7. **Analytics and Reporting:**
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Optimize conversion rates by analyzing user behavior and adjusting strategies.
- Generate and present regular reports on SEO performance and progress.

8. **User Experience (UX):**
- Design and implement a user-friendly site structure and navigation.
- Ensure content layout is optimized for readability and engagement.
- Incorporate interactive elements to enhance user engagement.

9. **Voice Search Optimization:**
- Adapt content to meet the needs of voice search users.

10. **Structured Data and Schema Markup:**
- Implement schema markup to enhance search engine understanding and display rich results.

11. **Competitor Analysis:**
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.

12. **E-A-T (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness):**
- Build content and website authority through high-quality content and credible backlinks.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in SEO with a deep understanding of all the components listed above.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, and others.
- Experience in Google Ads and Facebook marketing.
- Excellent content creation and writing skills with a focus on SEO optimization.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in the metal roofing industry is a plus but not required.
