Creative Director

Responsibilities:
Script Writing:
Write engaging scripts for videos, including new concepts and ideas for scrollstoppers.
Develop unique scenarios for visuals, such as actors receiving gifts in unexpected settings.
Concept Development:
Generate innovative concepts and ideas for video content.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new text and visual concepts.
Video Production Management:
Oversee the entire video production process from scripting to final edits.
Communicate effectively with video editors to ensure clarity on project specifics.
Ensure that scripts and tasks are updated and organized in the video editors' scheduling sheet.
Video Quality Control:
Audit completed videos to ensure they meet quality standards and the creative vision.
Identify and suggest necessary changes before finalizing videos for launch.
Performance Analysis:
Analyze weekly performance marketing metrics of videos.
Report on the effectiveness of different scripts and concepts.
Identify successful video elements and recommend strategies to replicate success.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Manage the scheduling sheet for video editors and media buyers.
Ensure that approved videos are uploaded with detailed launch information for media buyers (e.g., platform, date).
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong scriptwriting skills with a flair for creative storytelling.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various tea ---------- mbers.
Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and deriving actionable insights.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality control in video production.
Experience with social media platforms and understanding of their unique content requirements (Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
