NCLEX-RN/NCLEX-PN Question Writer (Assisted by AI)

We are seeking a skilled nurse with a strong background in nursing education and clinical practice to develop high-quality questions, answers, and explanations for the NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN exams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the NCLEX test plan, question formats, and the knowledge required to succeed on these exams. You will work closely with AI tools designed to assist in generating and refining educational content.

Responsibilities:
- Develop multiple-choice questions, select-all-that-apply questions, and other NCLEX-style questions with the assistance of AI tools.
- Create detailed and accurate explanations for each answer, including rationale for both correct and incorrect options.
- Ensure that all questions are aligned with the latest NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN test plans and cover a range of topics and difficulty levels.
- Review and revise questions based on feedback from the editorial team and subject matter experts, leveraging AI to enhance content quality.
- Stay updated with the latest guidelines, practices, and changes in the nursing field and the NCLEX exams.
- Collaborate with AI to ensure consistency and quality of content.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license is required; a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
