Social Media Content Creation VA

Role Overview:

I'm looking for a Marketing Assistant to join my team. If you like digital marketing, creating fun content, and staying organised, this job is for you. You’ll work alongside me, Angelique (Director and Founder of Kitsa Creative), to help our clients succeed in their businesses.

About Kitsa Creative:

Kitsa Creative is a marketing solutions specialty agency that assists small business owners in fashion, beauty, and wellness with their digital marketing. We give practical tips and hands-on support to save our clients time and help them get real results.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Social Media Tasks: Create and manage social media posts, especially video content. Use CapCut to make creative and engaging Reels and TikToks for our clients.

2) Email Marketing Support: Help create and send email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp and Flodesk. Write interesting emails and design eye-catching templates.

3) Marketing Materials: Develop marketing content like brochures, social media graphics, and other promotional materials using Canva.

4) Team Communication: Work closely with me and our clients using G Suite and Slack to stay organised and keep projects on track.

Ideal Candidate:

- Creative and Proactive: You bring your own ideas and look for ways to improve our content.

- CapCut Expert: You know how to use CapCut to make high-quality, engaging Reels and TikToks.

- Canva User: You are good at using Canva to create stunning visuals.

- Tech-Savvy: You know how to use G Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs etc) and Slack for communication and collaboration.

- Detail-Oriented: You pay attention to details and make sure all marketing materials are high quality.

- Beauty/Fashion Lover: You ideally have a keen interest in beauty, fashion, wellness and lifestyle products and services.
