Necessary Skills and Experience:
-Maintain customer accounts in the CRM
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Documentation management and ability to use CRMs and project management tools, bonus points for Salesforce!
-Problem-solving skills.
-Adaptability.
-Effective communicator (written and verbal).
-Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
-Attention to details.
-High-energy, outgoing, can-do personality, ability to prioritize and triage real-time demands of ongoing projects.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Communicate with customers through various channels
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
Have in depth knowledge of our products and services so that you can respond to customer issues appropriately
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Schedule service calls
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Experience in the field of customer support


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
2 years experience in customer service
Warm personality with strong communication skills
Google Suite proficiency
C2 English Proficiency
