We are seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) freelance contractor to join one of our clients as a Shopify Marketer. The ideal candidate will build our client's Shopify page from scratch and set up the necessary details to create a fully optimized and functional Shopify page that drives traffic, enhances user experience, and maximizes sales conversion.



About the work

Rebuilding / Creating Shopify page from scratch (front end and back end)
Inventory creation and updating
Maintenance
Managing product listings, descriptions, and categorization
Optimizing site speed and performance
Implementing SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings
Integrating and managing payment gateways and shipping methods
Conducting A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user experience
Staying updated with the latest e-commerce trends and Shopify updates


Boxes to check

At least 3 years experience as a Shopify Marketer
Proven and successful experience with building Shopify pages from scratch
Experience in SEP best practices
Proficient in using Shopify apps and plugins
Experience with inventory management and product listing
Experience in optimizing site speed and performance
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Ability to work collaboratively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders
Knowledge of payment gateway and shipping method integration


About the role

Part-time position at $10/hr, working 20 hours per week
Australia working hours with fixed weekends off
Freelance job without benefits, insurance, or paid time off
Long-term engagement/contract
Permanent work-from-home setup
