Job Responsibilities

- Make phone calls to set appointments with leads.
- Conduct Zoom presentations for software demos.
- Handle technical support queries regarding the software.
- Follow up with leads using our software or phone calls.

Requirements

This person must be able to:

- Be comfortable talking to the camera with the camera on.
- Not be shy when talking to clients.
- Handle both sales and technical aspects of the role.
- Work with the WhatsApp API product.
- Have prior experience in sales or tech support.
