We are seeking a passionate and versatile HR Generalist to join our vibrant HR team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Your creativity, problem-solving skills, and dedication to employee engagement will help us attract, retain, and nurture the best talent in the industry.

This role is 100% work from home.
Schedule: 7:30AM - 4:30PM (PHT) Monday - Friday


RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and coordinate the hiring process from start to finish.
Create and execute engaging onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared.

Employee Relations and Engagement:
Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
Foster a positive work environment by organizing team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
Conduct regular pulse surveys and stay attuned to employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Performance Management:
Support managers in conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing constructive feedback.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
Identify opportunities for employee development and career growth.

Compensation and Benefits:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Conduct market research to ensure our compensation packages are competitive and fair.
Assist with payroll processing and resolve any payroll-related issues.

Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Conduct investigations and handle employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.

HR Analytics and Reporting:
Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare and present reports on key HR metrics to senior management.
Use HR software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.


QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.

Salary and Benefits
Base salary (paid twice a month): Php 40,000 - 50,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Additional 13th-month pay
Additional monthly contributions to SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG
Additional 20 annual leave credits
Additional paid public holiday days off (based on the South Australian calendar) - this is in addition to leave credits.
1 week all expenses paid company retreat each year, in person with all fulltime staff (last year we all flew to Siargao Island, including our PH Staff and our Australian staff)
