Landing Page Set-up in Mailchimp

Hi. I am looking for a one-off service to set-up a landing page in Mailchimp where people can download an e-book. The objective is to capture emails and build my email list. I require someone who can do the following:

1. Set-up up the landing page in Mailchimp
2. Advise me on with best practice such as whether to go for double opt-in or not, permission marketing checkbox for future emails.
3. I have a pre-prepared list of 10 emails which should be automatically sent out, once a day to the person once they download the book. These will need to be automated within MailChimp.
4. I will provide with mock-up photos of the book which can be included in the design/landing page.
