We are looking for a versatile, full-time eCommerce Associate who can help us with our growing workload including helping with order management, technical marketing tasks, extracting reports and manipulating data, and becoming a part of our company for years to come.

JOB DESCRIPTION: ECOMMERCE ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a highly organized individual with a passion for eCommerce, a great attitude, superb communication (and bonus points if you like cool sunglasses). If that sounds like you, read on. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with an international team so if you aren’t 100% comfortable speaking and writing in English, please do not apply.

As an eCommerce Associate, you will assist in managing our online sales channels and ensuring smooth operations across various platforms. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to analyze and manipulate data, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Daily order management—reviewing all orders in pending status and correcting errors (working with the CS team to contact customers as necessary)
• Identify important or delayed orders and communicate with warehouses to prioritize them
• Maintain inventory in all warehouses and transfer inventory between warehouses as necessary
• Ongoing sales forecasting to ensure we do not run of product
• Create ASINs and Amazon shipping labels as needed
• Work with creative team to upload images, A+ content
• Work with marketing team to set up promotions and adjust pricing
• Maintain healthy Amazon listings by responding to customer inquiries, encouraging good reviews and helping to solve issues for customers who were unhappy
• Track category trends
• Assist with other ecommerce channels
• Pull data across Amazon, Shopify, Crowdfunding Platforms like Kickstarter and Indiegogo
• Create pivot tables
• Create awesome spreadsheets
• Analyze data

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in Amazon Seller Central is a MUST
• Experience working in the backend of Shopify is a MUST
• Experience with creating, exporting, and manipulating data in spreadsheets, specifically Google Sheets, is a MUST
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion, highly curious, fast learner, willingness to try to figure things out independently
• Quiet space and FAST internet
• Amazon VA experience
• Experience with Klaviyo, Asana, and ERP is a PLUS
