Job Overview:

Are you a skilled Ads Expert with a passion for driving impactful advertising campaigns? Join our team as an Ads Expert. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective paid advertising strategies that drive traffic, engage potential clients, and convert leads into loyal patients.

What You Will Do:

Develop and Optimize Paid Advertising Campaigns:

Platform Expertise: Utilize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and Pinterest (and potentially others) to design and implement advertising campaigns that outcompete others.
Competitive Analysis: Research top-performing ads in the industry and improve on them by at least 20% in terms of copy and creative.
Copy and Creative Development: Craft compelling ad copy and design engaging visuals that resonate with target audiences.
Analytics and Conversion Optimization:

Landing Page Analysis: Analyze user interactions on landing pages, website pages, and blog pages to determine the effectiveness of ads.
CPC Analysis: Monitor cost-per-click (CPC) and adjust strategies to ensure optimal spending efficiency and high conversion rates.
Conversion Focus: Be obsessed with maximizing conversions while maintaining low CPC through continuous testing and optimization.

Utilize Advanced Tools for Insights:

Keyword Research: Use analytics tools for comprehensive keyword research to inform ad copy and creative development.
Mouseflow Expertise: Leverage Mouseflow to analyze user behavior and conversion paths on landing pages, websites, and blogs.

Continuous Improvement and Trend Awareness:

Data-Driven Adjustments: Use data-driven insights to refine ad strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, continuously improving techniques and approaches.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital advertising with a proven track record of achieving outstanding results.
Skills:
Platform Proficiency: Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and Pinterest.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze ad performance metrics and user interactions.
