Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our growing solar sales company. This individual will play a crucial role in managing our client pipeline, ensuring effective communication, handling sales issues, and supporting our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a proactive approach to gathering leads and assisting the team in various capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in our pipeline.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the sales process.
Ensure clients receive timely and accurate information about their projects.
Pipeline Management:
Organize and manage the client pipeline to ensure efficient tracking and follow-up.
Use our CRM and other software tools to update and monitor the status of each client in the pipeline.
Identify potential issues or delays and proactively work to resolve them.
Sales Support:
Reach out to clients during the sales process to handle any issues that arise.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all client needs are met and that any obstacles are promptly addressed.
Communicate client feedback and issues to the team to improve our processes and client satisfaction.
Lead Generation:
Utilize company software and tools to gather leads for the sales team.
Research and identify potential new clients and market opportunities.
Input and track lead information in the CRM system.
Team Assistance:
Assist the sales team with various tasks and projects as needed.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the sales department.
Participate in tea
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a sales environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the solar industry is a plus but not required.
