Virtual Customer Sales and Appointment Representative

Answer incoming calls, texts and emails from customers requesting home repair services and set appointments for in person and phone estimates for our sales people. Call existing customers to follow up on estimates and new work as well. There is some minor data entry work also. We value hard workers who love working with/talking to people and want to be part of a goal oriented team. We are located in Charlotte, NC and would need availability - M-F 830am-530pm EST.
