Job Responsibilities:
Market Engagement:
- Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives targeting the North American (US and Canada) market.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential leads.
Cold Calling and
- Perform high-volume cold calling to prospective clients, introducing our services and generating interest.
- Craft compelling
Lead Generation:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation activities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through continuous prospecting.
Appointment Setting:
- Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with sales executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, providing a positive and professional representation of AHON Solutions Inc.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet those needs.
Performance Tracking:
- Track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring targets and goals are met or exceeded.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and document all prospect interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years proven experience as a B2B Sales Development Representative or similar role, with a focus on the North American market. Preference given to candidates with IT Consulting SDR experience.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling,
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
