Job Description:

Consumer Ave is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our growth by reaching out to potential contractor clients and setting meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential contractor clients to set up meetings for the sales team.
Utilize social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit to engage with contractors and generate interest in our services.
Schedule qualified meetings between interested contractors and our sales team.
Perform quality assurance for 10 hours per week by listening to phone calls we send to customers and accurately recording the outcomes in a Google Sheet.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and ensure a seamless handover of leads.

Compensation:

Base salary plus commission for each qualified meeting that gets booked.
