Experienced SEO Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in optimizing websites to not only meet but exceed Google's guidelines for page speed, content structure, word count, image formats and backlinking. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to staying current with the latest trends in SEO.

Key Responsibilities:
• Website Optimization: Enhance website performance to exceed Google's guidelines, focusing on page speed, content structure, word count, and image formats.
• Content Management: Efficiently load and optimize blog posts to ensure they are SEO-friendly and align with best practices.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues highlighted in SEMrush reports and Google Search Console.
• Backlinking: Create new backlinks from relevant websites and manage our internal private blog network.
• SEO Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in on-page SEO to continuously improve website performance.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the agency’s SEO and website team to develop and implement effective SEO strategies.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in SEO optimization with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Google’s guidelines and best practices for SEO.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console and Menterprise.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
