Job Overview
As an Appointment Setter at Floor Launch, you will play a critical dual role in supporting our partners and driving agency growth:

In-House Sales and Lead Follow-up for Flooring Stores

Role: Act as an extension of the in-house sales team for our partners (flooring stores).
Responsibilities: Engage with leads who have shown interest via Facebook and Instagram by filling out contact forms. You will reach out to these leads through SMS, email, and primarily phone calls, using scripts we provide. We use GoHighLevel to manage all the conversations.
Objective: Convert leads into booked appointments for our flooring partners. Make sure they show up and are ready to buy as much as possible.

Floor Launch Client Acquisition

Role: Assist in the growth of Floor Launch by acquiring new flooring store partners.
Responsibilities: Engage with leads who have shown interest via Facebook and Instagram by filling out contact forms. You will reach out to these leads through SMS, email, and primarily phone calls, using scripts we provide. We use GoHighLevel to manage all the conversations.
Cold Outreach: Also you will follow up on our cold outreach campaigns inside of GoHighLevel (Cold SMS & Cold Calling) and Instantly (Cold E-mail).
Objective: Convert leads into booked appointments for Floor Launch. Make sure they show up and are ready to buy as much as possible.

Support and Integration

Training: You can follow all of our scripts and our complete Floor Launch Appt. Setter handbook to find all the SOP’s, scripts & systems that we use. We use GoHighLevel systems to simplify as much as possible.
Client updates: We let you join our client support system through Whatsapp, we add you to all of our partners and we ask you to give updates in there if something happened. This could be big wins, questions, updates or anything else that comes up.
Client calls: You will join the Launch calls of the client and if necessary also a check-in call. We want you to be involved with our partners.
Internal communication: We add you to our Slack channel and want you to give a short check in when you start your shift, and at the end also a short update.

Performance and Development

Reviews: We will have performance reviews every 30 days to get feedback from management on where you excel in, and where to improve. We are here to help you and want to see you grow.
Engagement: We let you join our client support system through Whatsapp, we add you to all of our partners and we ask you to give updates in there if something happened. This could be big wins, questions, updates or anything else that comes up.
Design & client success tasks: If everything goes well, we want you to be able to grow within the company. To help us with client communication & updates, designing ad creatives, setting up ad campaigns or new variations, improving our lead follow up automations, creating videos & setting meetings.
