Full-Time Virtual Assistant with Airbnb Management & Customer Service Experience

Position Overview:
*Comprehensive Virtual Assistance: Dive into various aspects of virtual assistance, including Executive Assistant (EA) tasks. Showcase your versatility in handling a wide range of responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
*Support for Michael: Provide invaluable support to our fantastic leader, Michael. Collaborate closely with him to enhance efficiency and contribute to the overall success of our endeavors.
*Cross-Training Opportunities: Explore and engage in cross-training within our customer service domain. Develop a multifaceted skill set to contribute effectively to different aspects of our operations.

Important Requirement:
*Experience Managing Multiple Units in Airbnb: We are specifically seeking candidates with hands-on experience in successfully managing multiple units within the Airbnb platform. Your expertise in navigating and optimizing property management will be a significant asset to our team.
*Bonus Points: Proven experience in Airbnb management and familiarity with tools like Breezeway, Hostway, ---------- , etc.

Schedule:
Regular business hours, potentially starting at 7 AM EST to 3 PM EST or 7 AM EST to 4 PM EST. The final schedule will depend on the assignment given.

Hours:
Your commitment is rewarded with an exciting rate of $3 to $5 per hour.

Additional Responsibilities:
*Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with contractors, including cleaners and handymen. Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with contractors, ensuring the highest quality service for our guests.
*Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on property listings and guest interactions to ensure adherence to established standards. Implement improvement measures based on feedback and performance evaluations.
*Problem Resolution: Act as a mediator between guests and contractors, resolving any issues or disputes promptly and effectively. Proactively identify potential problems and implement preventive measures to enhance the overall guest experience.
*Marketing and Content Creation: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance property visibility and attract a broader audience. Note: If you have limited marketing experience, don’t worry! You will receive training and full support to excel in this area. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for local guidebooks and promotional materials.
*Bookkeeping Experience: Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks as needed.

Additional Information:
*This is a full-time position and may include cross-training opportunities in customer service. Important Tasks:
*The hours for this role will be 7 AM to 4 PM with an hour lunch break, Monday through Friday. This schedule may adjust based on operational needs, and we may later modify the hours to 7 AM to 3 PM with no lunch break.
*Focus will primarily be on Airbnb tasks, with some general VA tasks included. For example, you may need to perform research tasks similar to those previously done by other tea ---------- mbers.
*Once fully trained, there may be opportunities to cross-train for customer service roles for Black Friday.
*Training will initially focus on Airbnb responsibilities, with a high standard of accountability and work ethic emphasized during the training process.
