We’re Hiring – Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create high-converting Facebook ads with a fast turnaround time.

???? Responsibilities:
?? Design high-performing Facebook ad creatives (static & video)
?? Edit short-form video ads optimised for Meta (Reels, Stories, Feed)
?? Apply subtitles, background music, and fast cuts for engagement
?? Adhere to client brand guidelines
?? Work fast and meet daily creative deadlines

????? Requirements:
???? Proven experience in Facebook ad design & video editing
???? Expert in CapCut & Canva
???? Strong understanding of performance-driven design (not just aesthetics)
???? Ability to edit fast, iterate quickly, and optimize for conversions
???? Fluent in English with strong communication skills
???? Must be a team player and able to take feedback

???? Work Schedule & Expectations:
? Work hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Philippine Time)
???? Must be reachable on Skype during work hours
