Recruiter/Interviewer Role Overview

As a Recruiter/Interviewer, you will ensure the quality and suitability of caregivers in our organization. Your main tasks will be screening, qualifying, and interviewing potential caregivers, ensuring they are ready to provide excellent care to our Senior Clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Screen and qualify potential caregivers through calls.
• Conduct on-camera interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates.
• Keep accurate records of caregiver qualifications and interview outcomes.

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to assess and interview caregivers effectively.
• Previous experience in caregiver coordination, recruitment, or related fields is preferred but not required.
