VA will get full comprehensive training on estate planning in Florida. And learn about preparing a lady bird deed (also known as an Enhanced Life Estate Deed) document in Florida. VA will be given a template that they will constantly use when preparing the lady bird deed. VA will be given information about each client and will be responsible to review the information given and do research on the government database to confirm the information is correct. VA will review and submit the lady bird deed to the client. VA will answer any question via email in regards to the lady bird deed. VA will be responsible to also schedule an appointment with client to complete the Remote Online Notary session. VA will be responsible for inputting the confirmed and verified lady bird deed into the notary platform. VA will be responsible for inputting the executed and notarized lady bird deed into the e-recording software. VA will be responsible to call/email/text client once the lady bird deed has been recorded with the government. VA will be responsible to ask client to leave a google review and a better business bereau review.
