CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER WANTED

JOB DESCRIPTION
This full-time virtual position requires you to work EST hours (Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm EST). You will play a key role in managing and coordinating marketing projects for our client who’s a local school.

Key Responsibilities will include….

SOCIAL MEDIA
• Create daily posts for IG & FB featuring highlights of the day. Pick the best photos that the school’s photographer took, crop if necessary, write a caption and post.
• Post 5-10 stories throughout the day. Add music and other interactive effects to make it more interesting.
• Grow their Instagram following by connecting with people who are likely to genuinely be interested in what we are offering. This is a slow and steady wins the race type of thing.

MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
• Work with our copywriter and designers to develop various marketing materials for their different campaigns. For example, we want to run an awareness campaign to make people aware of how amazing the school is in places where many people have never even heard of it. The ultimate goal of the campaign is to get people to come to the open house for the school.
• Another campaign will be for their annual dinner.

REQUIREMENTS
• The ideal candidate must have a strong eye for design and a strong grasp of what looks good and what doesn’t.
• Is good at coming up with concepts and ideas for creative pieces.
• Strong understanding of modern & clean design – designs that are a pleasure to look at but don’t overwhelm people with too much information.
• Understands that often marketing is about creating emotional connections.
• Knows how to create ads that speak to specific audiences.
• Understands social media (IG and FB)

SKILLS
• Strong communication skills
• Strong spoken and written English language skills.
• Experience leading teams preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet deadlines.
• Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player.
