Location: Remote but must be able to work East Coast Hours (US Based Company)
Position Type: Part-time (20 hours per week to start, with potential to increase to 40 hours per week)
Compensation: Hourly, with potential for a flat rate monthly pay

BetterLife is dedicated to helping real estate investors achieve their goals through personalized coaching and support. Our team of coaches works one-on-one with clients to provide guidance, accountability, and the tools necessary for success. We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our coaches and administrative team

Job Summary
We are hiring an assistant to assist with various administrative tasks and support our coaches who work with clients one-on-one. The goal of this role is to free up our coaches from administrative tasks so they can focus more on their clients. Additionally, this role will provide general support to other tea ---------- mbers of the BetterLife team as needed.

Key Responsibilities
-Meeting Support: Attend all meetings (1:1 and Facilitated Pods) to take notes, identify issues, and assign tasks.
-Email Outreach: Send emails and outreach to members following the guidelines provided by the coach.
-Email Management: Check emails for support-related action items and respond or delegate as necessary.
-Daily Recap: Create a daily recap of actions needed for Jason.
-General Support: Complete any general support tasks as assigned in Asana.

Requirements
-Detail-Oriented: Must be extremely detail-oriented and capable of working within systems.
-System Improvement: Open to helping design and improve the systems they will be following.
-Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools and software such as Asana, Airtable, Hubspot, Slack, Zoom, and Google Suite.
-Communication Skills: Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
-Internet Connection: Strong and reliable internet connection.
-Availability: Able to work during East Coast hours (USA)

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience: Previous experience in a virtual assistant role or similar administrative position.
-Attention to Detail: You are detail oriented
-Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
-Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively identify and solve problems.
-Team Player: Willing to be a general support team player for the company.

Compensation and Hours
-Starting Hours: 20 hours per week with the potential to increase to 40 hours per week as we get more clients.
-Compensation: Hourly rate, with the possibility of transitioning to a flat rate monthly pay.
