**Job Title: Web Developer**
**Pay: $5/hour**
**Hours: 20-40 hours per week**
**Location: Remote (Philippines)**

**About Us:**
We run 302 PhotoBooth, a photo booth rental business, and we're also launching a new social media marketing agency. We're looking for a skilled web developer to help us completely rebuild our current website and build a new one for the agency.

**What You’ll Do:**

- Completely rebuild our existing website (currently on Duda.co) on WordPress.
- Build a brand new website for our social media marketing agency on WordPress.
- Create a user-friendly, visually appealing design that aligns with our brand identity.
- Ensure both sites are optimized for SEO, user experience, and conversions.
- Integrate necessary tools and features, such as booking systems, contact forms, and social media links.
- Set up e-commerce capabilities if needed.
- Regularly update and maintain the websites, fixing any bugs and improving functionality.
- Implement web analytics tools to track and improve website performance.
- Install and configure Facebook Pixel and ---------- Pixel to track and optimize ad performance.
- Integrate the websites with HubSpot CRM for lead capture and management.
- Set up integrations between ---------- (our booking/payment platform) and HubSpot using ---------- or ---------- .
- Ensure the SEO juice is preserved during the rebuild of ---------- .
- Assist in designing the social media brand for our new social media marketing agency.
- Collaborate with us to ensure the websites meet our business goals and provide a great user experience.

**Skills You Need:**

- Strong experience with WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Strong graphic design skills for creating and editing images and layouts.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and how to implement them.
- Experience with website migration and complete rebuilds, including preserving SEO juice.
- Familiarity with e-commerce integration and online payment systems.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (like Google Analytics) and how to use them to improve website performance.
- Experience with Facebook Pixel and ---------- Pixel installation and optimization.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM integration.
- Experience with ---------- or ---------- for setting up automated workflows.
- Setting up sales funnels using HubSpot (preferred) & ClickFunnels
- Familiarity with the following tools: Google Drive, ClickUp, Canva.
- Experience/knowledge in social media branding.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience with social media marketing and designing websites that support these activities.
- Previous experience working with small businesses or startups.
- Ability to provide creative input and suggest improvements for the websites.
