We pride ourselves on our customized programs, rapid patient success, and a holistic approach to health. We are expanding and looking for a dynamic Lead and Appointment Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead and Appointment Manager to optimize and manage our inbound appointment setting, confirmation, and follow-up processes. This role is crucial in balancing appointments, improving show-up rates, and maximizing available sales calls for our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Go High Level platform and a passion for enhancing patient engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound appointment setting, confirmations, and follow-ups via phone, text, email, and Facebook Messenger.
Optimize the scheduling process to balance appointments effectively and maximize sales opportunities.
Enhance appointment show-up rates through strategic communication and follow-up.
Utilize the Go High Level platform to track, manage, and report on appointment metrics.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential and existing patients.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and appointments.
Handle any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an appointment manager or similar role.
Proficiency in the Go High Level platform is required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Flexibility to work some weekend hours as needed.
Familiarity with functional and integrative medicine is a plus, but not required.
