Email Marketing/Social Posting

We are trying to find a great candidate that will assist with email marketing, social media posting and blogging. The work would be across several of our own businesses and would include the following:
* 12 marketing emails/mo
* 12+ social media posts/mo
* 6-12 blogs/mo
* Respond to brand mentions on forums/reviews with any additional time.

We would like to identify a candidate who has good writing & layout skills. Understanding of performance tracking, conversion rate optimization and SEO are a plus. Being organized and able to enhance a structure/process around content creation is ideal. Individual would be expected to be able to work both with a team and independently. We have others in our team who could help with graphics if necessary. Compensation based on experience and skillset.
