Appointment Setter | Salary + Commission

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to potential leads via Instagram DMs and WhatsApp to introduce them to our SaaS platform and high-ticket offer.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at initiating conversations, building rapport, and setting appointments for our sales team and will have at least 1 month experience in appointment setting/outbound sales.

Our Offers:
Booking platform (SaaS) for barbers - £20/month (low ticket)
Helping barbers become fully booked within 2-3 months - £500 (high ticket)

Compensation:
$500/month + commission

Earning Potential:
$750 - $1500 per month

Hours:
Full-time, UK timezone preferred but somewhat flexible

Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to warm leads via Instagram DMs and WhatsApp
- Introduce and explain Barbr’s SaaS platform and high-ticket offers to prospective clients
- Qualify leads, set appointments and follow up as necessary (script and qualification criteria will be provided)

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar role (ideally at least 1 year)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Fast learner
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
