Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Transaction Coordinator in managing the administrative aspects of real estate transactions.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction process.
- Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create, schedule, and post compelling social media content that resonates with our audience.
- Track social media metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with our team to design and disseminate promotional material.
- Keep abreast of emerging social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
Job Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a real estate administrative role or as a Transaction Coordinator is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate transaction management software.
- Proficient in Canva, Capcut, and other editing tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
