Seeking Property Management Virtual Assistant

We are managing a combination of short term and long term rentals and need someone that is skilled in management to help us with the tenants, repairs, management, etc.

We need someone that has deep experience with Airbnb, VRBO, and Long Term Rentals. If you have done work on zillow or ---------- to rent units to people - send me a message on here and we can schedule an interview.

Requirements:

1. We prefer someone single that can work EST hours without negatively impacting their family.
2. We need someone that has a strong internet connection with no downtime.
3. We need someone that has experience managing rentals in the past - this isn't a good job for a beginner.
4. THis is a full time role so we can't have anyone that is trying to do two jobs at once - it wont work and we will waste time.
